GenHook™ LT up-tower crane

Active & Passive heave compensation units

The KenzFigee FPSO surge damper system allows for surge (forward and backward motion) reduction during bad weather conditions. Furthermore, a reduction of swinging motion of the yoke system can be realized.

The heave compensation system, also referred to as 'a swell compensator' or 'constant tension system', allows the crane operator to select the right moment to lift a load off a supply boat deck, whilst the wire rope is being kept taut under a reduced back tension.
